Yes, you can bring your own birthday cake (Børnefødselsdag kage), drinks, and other snacks. We will make sure they are kept at the right temperature and provide everything you need for serving.

How early can we arrive to prepare the room for the birthday party?

You can arrive 30 minutes before the booked time.

Yes, we offer a waiter to serve guests, keep the dining area tidy, and support the parents.

Does the room need any additional decorations?

Accepted Answer

We offer a sophisticated standard decoration package with an enchanting fairytale forest atmosphere, including a stylish photo wall (3x3 m²), an artificial grass floor covering, a fairytale tree house, as well as various light fittings and other sophisticated home-made decors. This ensures that your festive space looks delightful without requiring any additional investment.

Is it possible to change the day and time of the event?

The Lessor agrees that the Lessee may arrange a different date and time for using the Premises without forfeiting the prepaid deposit, provided that the Lessee has notified the Lessor about the desire to change the date for using the Premises at least 24 hours (twenty-four) before the booked time. The security deposit shall be redeemable within 3 (three) months from the date of cancellation. What is the optimum number of guests for everyone to feel comfortable?

The recommended number of visitors is up to 15 children and 15 adults. The Lessee shall provide at least 1 (one) adult per 15 (fifteen) children. If you are planning on having more visitors, it is possible to arrange that, but please coordinate in advance with Forest Room by emailing us at party@forestroom.dk.(mailto:party@forestroom.dk)

What ages are the party premises for?

The premises are recommended for pre-school children (up to 7 years), as the activity area is designed to be fun, engaging and interesting for this age group.

How long can we rent the space?

Accepted Answer

Standard times: on weekdays for three hours from 13:00 to 16:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00, and on weekends, Saturdays and Sundays, for four hours from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00.

Are there tables and chairs available in the premises?

Yes, there are chairs and tables for children, and adults have a comfortable snack area and a separate space where they can sit comfortably and watch the event and the children's activities.
